Building a resilient ecosystem of activists, farmers, and healers to connect people to their bodies, communities, and the Earth.

Abbey Cmiel is a healer, community builder, activist, and Earth tender. She is the Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Integra Collective, an organization founded in 2020 dedicated to regenerating the human-Earth relationship. Integra Collective brings together social and ecological changemakers and hosts educational programs and community events to connect people to their bodies, communities, and the Earth.

Abbey is trained in Ayurveda, herbalism, yoga, and polarity therapy, and she offers Ayurvedic Pulse Assessments, Lymphatic Body Work, Womb Care, and other healing modalities. She is co-creating the Northern California Womb Collective and aspires to bring herbal medicine and womb care to communities that do not otherwise have access.

Abbey is an avid caretaker of the Earth and studied Permaculture at the Eco-Institute in North Carolina, the Occidental Arts and Ecology Center in California, and Rancho Mastatal in Costa Rica. She loves to garden, build relationships with plants, and create herbal medicine.
