A corporate worker turned sustainability entrepreneur, Irma is currently leading an all women team at her consultancy group, For Good. For the past two years, she has worked with more than a dozen organizations and social startups in accelerating their impact and expanding their reach through communications and community engagement.

She has extended experiences in business development, entrepreneurship, communication strategy, as well as environmental management. A Master of Environment from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Indonesia, Irma strives in combining her knowledge and skills in the two areas and applying them in every work she does. Her strongest drive is to make impact on sustainability through her work.

Making sure that entrepreneurs run their business in the most responsible way possible is her mission. That’s why she has been deeply involved in several business acceleration programs and events as a mentor and facilitator, such as Startup Weekend, the Ocean Youth Summit, Food for the Future dan UNDP’s Youth Co:Lab. She is also the co-founder of [E]thical, an organization thriving to bring ethical entrepreneurship to Indonesia’s underserved youth, and a YSEALI’s 2019 Professional Fellow.
