Rose is a member of Kochwa Community Unit. She is an outspoken woman leader in her community. Because of her leadership role, Rose was appointed as the Community Administrator for law enforcement, a position that is normally held by men. Her mission is to see grassroots women taking the lead in community development initiatives.
