Tiara Burtin is an artist, grower, birth doula, dance instructor, naturopathic herbalist, and yoga teacher from St. Louis, Missouri. She has been dancing and practicing yoga since the age of six and has taught healing, performing, and visual arts in Belize, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, New Orleans, and St. Louis. Some of these offerings have included gardening gatherings, yoga retreats, herbal pop-up shops, yoga classes, and dance classes.

Tiara is a student of ballet, jazz, modern, and African styles of dance, and has studied at institutions such as Pointe Of Surrender, University of Missouri-St. Louis, Pinkx Academy of Dance, The Institute for Dunham Technique Certification, Cumbe Dance Center, The Dance Theatre of Harlem, and CKDC. She is skilled in modern dance and incorporates other styles in her free movement. Tiara is sexual trauma certified in Kemetic, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Children’s paths of yoga.

A creative by nature, Tiara explores the many ways to use spirit-guided movement in service of mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional wellness. Her holistic healing practice supports personal healing, womb wellness, reproductive justice, and environmental justice. Tiara is passionate about restoring the sacredness of our waters and healing our emotional bodies.
