Shreyosi Biswas is the secretary and primary contact for the Helping Hands Cooperation Circle. Through the organization she has been involved in spreading awareness about renewable energy, disaster and waste management throughout Kolkata. Shreyosi has visited schools to discuss the importance of afforestation, raise awareness about climate change, and has planted over 2,500 trees in schools. She has seen a growing interest among students to become involved in reducing pollution by banning the use of plastic in their homes and planting trees in their communities and neighborhoods. Additionally, Shreyosi regularly visits women in the slum areas of the city to support them with their issues. The organization has conducted WASH programs which have helped many of the women living in these slum areas.
